Early Departure Fee  
If any attendee checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account of one night’s room and tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. The Hotel will inform your Group attendees of this potential charge upon check-in and request that you also inform your attendees of this obligation.

Arrival Time
All attendees arriving before 3:00 PM may be accommodated as rooms become available provided that such guests elect to pay an early arrival fee (currently, $50.00. Hotel’s Front Desk Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.  

During the Conference

• Breakfast Buffet will be served to all the attendees who are registered under Package A /B categories.
• Breakfast will be provided from ~6:30 am to 09:00 am at Laguna Restaurant located near to the Conference hall.
• Coffee Break, Refreshments will be served to all the registered attendees at the morning and evening breaks during the Networking session which is for 30 Minutes @ Magnolia Halway

Nov 2-16 2020  Praise Wave Music Festival at SeaWorld !

At this event, enjoy live music by some of the hottest members in Christian music at SeaWorld Orlando’s popular Christian music event. Included with park admission, it features Christian friendship, thrilling rides and inspiring animal attractions. 
Performances will take place in the park’s Nautilus Theater at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. from artists Rend Collective (Nov. 2), Francesca Battistelli (Nov. 9) and Natalie Grant (Nov. 16).

Co-hosted by Mickey Mouse and Santa Claus, this specially ticketed event will feature more than a dozen beloved Disney Characters decked out in their holiday finest. This year’s entertainment will include the signature Once Upon a Christmastime Parade; a holiday party with Mickey and his friends for Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration; A Frozen Holiday Wish, where Queen Elsa transforms Cinderella Castle (also available on non-event nights); an out-of-this-world bash at A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas; and a mega-fun dance party as Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe becomes Club Tinsel.
