Martina Ferracane is the CEO & Co-founder at Oral3D (Forbes30U30), President & Founder at FabLab Western Sicily. She is passionate about policy-making and technological innovation. She has been recently selected in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Science and Healthcare for my work with Oral3D, she co-founded in the area of 3D printing and dentistry. She also founded FabLab Western Sicily, a non-profit organization which brings digital fabrication to Sicilian kids. For her work on digital issues, she was listed in 2018 among the 15 most influential Italian women on digital. She has affiliated also with the European University Institute, Columbia University, and the California International Law Center. In addition, She serves as a Research Associate at the think-tank European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE) in Brussels, where she writes about digital trade issues and data flows. Previously, she worked at the European Commission and at the United Nations.
r. Monticciolo earned his dental degree, with highest honors, from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1990. He was selected to the Honors Clinical Program and was class president. After graduation, he also served as a part-time faculty member at the dental school. Dr. Monticciolo has always been a constant student, earning his M.B.A. in 2000 from the University of South Florida and his Law degree (J.D.) in 2013, all while continuing to practice full-time. Also, he has recently co-authored two books: Uncommon with Brian Tracy, and The Soul of Success with Jack Canfield. In 2001, Dr. Monticciolo founded Dentistry from the Heart, a non-profit dental charity which provides free dental care to those in need. Under his guidance, the charity has grown to all 50 states and 5 countries and is now sponsoring over 300 events a year. Dr. Monticciolo is a member of the American Dental Society, Florida Dental Society, American Society of Dental Anesthesiology, Society for Special Care Dentistry, Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities, and the American Society for Geriatric Dentistry. He lives locally with his wife, Dr. Natalie Monticciolo, a Dermatologist, and his daughters Isabella and Sophia. His interests include his family, sedation dentistry, and his dental charity work.
