Check-in time : 03:00 PM
Check-out time : 11:00 AM

Early Departure Fee  
If any attendee checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account of one night’s room and tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. The Hotel will inform your Group attendees of this potential charge upon check-in and requests that you also inform your attendees of this obligation.

Arrival Time
All attendees arriving before 3:00 PM may be accommodated as rooms become available provided that such guests elect to pay an early arrival fee (currently, $50.00. Hotel’s Front Desk Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.  

During the Conference
Breakfast Buffet will be served to all the attendees who are registered under Package A /B categories.
Breakfast will be provided from 6:30am to 11am at Laguna Restaurant located very near to the Conference hall 
Coffee Break, Refreshments will be served to all the registered attendees at the morning and evening breaks during the Networking session which is for 30 Minutes @ Magnolia Halway (May 28, 29 2020)

Orlando's weather in May is warm and humid so we would like to suggest our attendees to pack light clothes for better stay and experience. The average maximum daytime temperature in May in Orlando, is a steamy 31°C, about 88°F, and average minimum temperature pleasant which is 18°C, about 65°F. On average, there will be 10 hours of sunshine per day.

Humidity in Orlando during May 

The humidity is gradually rising through May, and you are likely to sweat if you are not used to the heat. Make sure to keep hydrated at all times by drinking lots of water. This is particularly necessary if you are spending a lot of time queuing up for rides at the theme parks such as Disney World and Universal.

With a population of over 2 million, this tropical city is the fourth-largest in Florida. An abundance of tourism and fun attractions bring this urban metropolis to life. May is the best month to visit Orlando
Visit Orlando in the spring and you'll encounter superb weather – with average temps hovering in the high 50s to high 80s. This is when there will be plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures, with chances for rain relatively minimal. Especially, Sea temperature is 26°C in May. While it continues to warm as the year moves forward, chances for rain increase significantly with the arrival of storm season in June.
